Rare Movie Screening Promo Display 40 The Sword In The Stone 1963 Walt Disney

As found, as shown in the photographs. This film screening promotional prop was made for Disney ahead of the 1963 film release of The Sword In The Stone movie and would've been displayed in the lobby or event showcase.

It is not necessarily a prop, but could be used as one. It is very realistic looking, has a dull/blunt edge for safety and is realistically heavy approx. The handle is machine milled, although I'm not sure what material it is. The blade has minor pitting to the chrome and minor finish loss in one small spot near the tip.

This is a very cool piece of Disneyana and movie history that doesn't come available very often. 32 1/4 OVERALL LENGTH APPROX.
