Original Matte Painting Used in the 1953 Martin & Lewis Film The Caddy

This original matte painting was used in the 1953 Paramount comedy "The Caddy" starring Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. The fourth photo is a still from the VHS tape showing the painting as it appears in the film. This painting was found in a dumpster behind a Hollywood sound stage in 1972 and is guaranteed to be authentic. It was painted on a 36" x 28" fiberboard and is in good shape with a few minor scuffs.
